Edex causes enlargement?

| I've been using Edex (alprostadil) injections for years and as you
probably know, it's possible to get a bit too much and have a painful
very hard erection for hours. I try to avoid that because it's painful
but the dose response is not the same from week to week. Anyway, I
could swear that my dick has gotten noticeably bigger - not in length
but girth. This is confirmed by comments from women including one I
met this summer - I was just too thick for her. I could swear this is
correlated with Edex. Is this my imagination? Anyone else notice this?

| Great for you, perhaps pumping may also help you, if you want it
larger, just a thought.
Your penis as you know is tissue, muscle, which when engorged with
blood enlarges. Perhaps the more you use it, stretching the tissue and
muscle, the larger it becomes, I have pumped and girth has increased
perhaps half inch, but length remains the same.
I use tri mix, not Edex, but have noticed no diff in size because of
it. flex.

| To clarify what I meant, I've used Edex/Caverject and had enough
unintentional "Give me more Sufafed" overdoses over the years that I
believe it has stretched my dick, as a vacuum pump might do over time.

I think it might be possible, coolpop. I use Tri-mix fairly frequently
and have noticed a girth increase.

I have used trimix with a high percentage of alprostadil (or sometimes
all-alprostadil Caverject when I could afford it) since December of
2001, and I have gained between 3/4" to an inch in circumference, but
have lost close to a half inch in length.
I have rarely overdosed myself, maybe twice in 300 plus injections and
both of those happened when stacking viagra with trimix.
The only reason I have the figures, is three months prior to starting
injection, I was measured for a pump. (For me, the pump did nothing and
it was abandoned after a couple of months.)

I agree that the dosage has a different effect on each occasion, which I
put down to the precise point of the injection, and that the increase in
girth resulted in a loss of length.
Also, an 'overdose' producing an uncomfortable erection tends to inhibit
ejaculation.

I think I'm getting similar results from just Std-Trimix & some
pumping. Uro and Avocet started me on this last year. Intent was to
improve sensitivity to E.D. meds and stop a *progressive* length loss.
I measured for the cylinder last May. By current measure (taken ,
I've gained about 1/2 inch in erect girth with no length increase
(possibly some loss). I definitely 'snug-up' in the cylinder quicker
than I did last summer. Uro said to, 'give this two years before
drawing any conclusions.' I average about 10 injections and about a
dozen pumping sessions each month. Usually not well scheduled to
maximize the program.
Length; Several years ago there was a newspaper report regarding loss
of erect penis length we age. IIRC, the average was 15-20% loss from age
20 to 70. Over the same time span, I've had a 27% loss.
(Note: I've been unable to retrieve any info from the web on that old
news article. if anyone finds it, plse post here. I think I read this
just before I hit the E.D. wall which would have made the publication
date 1998 or 1999.)
Girth: Based on remembrances of the gap between my thumb and index
finger, I'd estimate the girth loss at just over an inch since my early
20's. Looks like I might gain back some of that loss.
Injection size: I've not seen any change in length or girth as
injection size varies (we regularly shoot 12-13 units; occasionally, 20
units). There is an increase in firmness (and probably girth) in the
second hour after I get erect on Trimix--regardless of dose volume (as
long as it's sufficient to last beyond 75 minutes or so).
Conjecture: -- regularly getting 'extra firm' increases girth over the
long pull. If so, then regular use of a cock-ring with an oral med and
a high-quality BJ might do the same thing ???? Can't contribute on this
as BJs are pretty rare around here. Anyone getting a steady diet of
BJ's and using a cockring ???
