Over the past several years trimix(injections) have worked very very well
for both duration of erection and firmness of erection.

However, I have often had difficulty in climaxing. Recently I started using
1/2 of a tablet(tablets are 5.4 mg) of prescription Yohimbine one hour prior
to the injection and that is making a positive difference.

Also I have found that if my erection is very hard that makes climaxing
difficult for me.

Any other suggestions(larger dose of Yohimbine perhaps or other ideas) to
assist in reaching orgasm while using trimix injections would be greatly
appreciated.

My experience runs on the flip-side of this -- the firmer the erection
and the firmer the glans, the less tendency toward premature ejac. (So
we are at far ends of the [P.E. -- Delayed Orgasm] scale but seem to
travel in the same direction.

Chatted this over with my Uro early this year and he indicated that my
experience is also true of a large percentage of his E.D. patients.

I don't like P.E. at all and don't object to the extra work! ("8-O]

You might ask your Uro to consider some alternative formulas, perhaps
some of the newer Quadmix ideas. (I don't understand what some of these
extra chemicals do but would like to learn.)

I plan on discussing Quadmix with my Pharmacist next month and with my
Uro in late February. Will post their opinions here.

Likewise, if you get anything on this stuff, we'd like to see it here.

You have suggested the answer, cut back on the amount of trimis and
that may help.
caffeine and alcohol make it more difficult for me.. Are you
comfortable with you T and
E levels? .flex

That's interesting because I find that the harder my erection is, the
easier it is for me to orgasm and the stronger and hotter the orgasm is
when it comes. Maybe you should try avoiding sex for a week or so until
your body is really telling you that you need to climax!
