| I'm going to start taking Irwin Natural's Advanced Yohimbe Plus. Each pill
has 450mg of Yohimbe (as well as other ingredients like Horny Goat Weed).
What would be a good dosage to start with?

| What does the bottle suggest? Go with that and see what happens.
The important thing with OTC yohimbine is to make sure to take an
organic
acid with it. Vit. C; or even an aspirin or two would work.

None of the above. Throw it out. If you bought it at a place with
absolute refunds, get your money back!
If you want to play with Yohimbine, ask your doctor for a prescription.
Its MUCH cheaper ($9/100 pills at Costco), and it probably won't give
you a whopping headache, shoot your BP through the roof, make you puke,
or keep you awake all night.
Rx advice says 1 5.4mg pill per day, daily. That's probably way too
much, and some report developing a tolerance, so you have to cycle off.
Others report no effect at all. I only take 1/4 of a pill, that's
enough for me, 1/2 hour before anticipated sex.
