| I've seen L-Arginine sold with and without this additional ingredient. Is
one better than the other?

If you're looking for the nitrous oxide erectile effect, L-Ornithine does not
contribute to that as I understand it... only L-Arginine. I think you need to
take something like 3 - 6 grams, so most users buy the powder, which tastes
pretty horrible. L-Arginine has been implicated in heart problems recently.
One study was halted midway because of deaths. Use it with caution. I don't
think anyone has ever proved that consumption of L-Arginine produces better
erections.

| L-Arginine can also cause an outbreak of herpes simplex.

When taken on an empty stomach just prior to going to bed, I found it
helped me to sleep better and sounder and that was the prime reason I
used it.
In doses of 10 grams, it seems to improve erections although it is not
as relibable as V, C, L or Tri. Not proven, just observed.
I have not taken it for the past year.
