compares to Viagra? Does Viagra have more medicine inyou rblood stream
than MUSE?

MUSE and the injectibles interact directly with the tissues and vascular
system internal to the penis. Since they are not metabolized in the
liver they do not have a systemic 'half-life' in the sense of orals like
Viagra, Levitra or Cialis. Duration of the erection is dependent on
dose, ejaculation(s) & individual refractory.
Aside from losses due to venous leakage (variable with the individual)
or intermittent relaxation during an extended encounter, most of the med
(a small fraction of a cc.) is released into the bloodstream when the
penis goes flaccid. (Either at the duration limit or following an
ejaculation.)
Most members of this group who have tried injectibles report no systemic
side effects.

Is there a way to predict if a medince will allow errection to continue
after ejaculation?
Why does MUSE cause low blood pressure if it stays in the penis?

Short answer for Trimix--yes for many guys.

Note that this side effect is, "very unlikely."
I tried MUSE a couple months ago during my Trimix workup. I don't see
much going for MUSE except for an extended camping or hiking trip where
refrigeration's not available. Didn't like having to get up and pee
before insertion. Upside, less 'show and tell' at the airport. Needle
phobics might prefer it. Way too pricey for me and my HMO doesn't cover it.

Viagra and Levitra have half-lives of about 4.5 hrs. Cialis is about
17 hrs.. Older men often get longer runs than younger because
metabolisms are slower.
I agree with Lmac. Muse has in general been shown to be not very
effective for most users and often causes penile pain. My doctor will
not even prescribe it any more.
