If one does not have ED but uses say injections or MUSE as an
enhancement, do you become dependant on it? (Not able to have an
erection without it?)

I don't know about that often I cannot get an erection with drugs when
I am in hurry.
Other day I had an erection without any drug to the surprise of my wife.

Can't speak to dependence as a result of the med use but consider my
experience:
I *prefer* to approach any sexual encounter with a solid med platform;
and, I do so. (I hit the "E.D. wall" about 6 years ago.) In the past 6
years ago, I've penetrated twice without using an E.D. med and got bit
by P.E. during one of those encounters.
E.D. meds increase my self-confidence, reduce my anxiety and reduce the
burden on my spouse of keeping me up. Those factors in turn keep the
P.E. monster at bay and improve my focus on meeting my wife's requests.
There's an interesting poll result on the sister site (yahoo groups
A-S-I). It indicates that for a large number of regular med users, guys
have an thought orientation of "erection first, sex second." Whereas,
before they were well established on meds, their orientation was the
opposite (think sex first, build stimulation then consider erectile
quality). I certainly fall into the 'erection-first' group.
I think it important that a husband-wife team not think of "dependence"
but rather accept the med as just a part of their sexual repertoire.
The pill bottle is just one addition to the collection of toys in the
nightstand. It's all good.
Enjoy ...Lmac
