Clinical dosage for bromocriptine ?

| Hi All,
having googled and googled, this group came up as being the best place
to ask this question:
If I were interested in using prescription medicines to attempt to
reduce or eliminate my refractory period, what would the be best way ?
I have worked out that prolactin supression would be the key. And one
of the medicines to achieve this would be BROMOCRIPTINE.
If I am right, what sort of dosage would be advisable ?
How long would it be needed for ? (does it need to build up over days
?)
How long would the effects last ? (hours, days, weeks ?)
What sort of effect would it have (physical, psychic, emotional ?)
What side effects could be expected ?
Any contra-indications that aren't published ?
Can anyone here suggest an alternative strategy ?
Thanks in advance

We are all different, but Trimix and Cialis are the two that work the
best for me.

Dostinex probably would have fewer side effects while supressing your
prolactin.

I have no experence with either, but have read posts from others who say
that the benfits were not as much as they had expected.
