ED and Ejaculatory Incompetance (EI)

| I am 73 and very recently I have begun to suffer from both ED and EI. This
after a lifetime of normal sexual activity. My younger wife is concerned. I
have not yet tried Viagra, etc.
If my ED is cured by Viagra, etc. what is the probability my EI will also
disappear and I will be able to have a normal orgasm?

Have you switched or added any meds recently? That's the likeliest cause of
your problems. Viagra sometimes causes difficulty achieving orgasm, but not
being able to have an erection makes it MUCH harder to reach an orgasm, so
bottom line, I think your chances with Viagra are good. Don't forget, there
are 3 available options now: Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis. Effects vary from
person to person, so if one drug is troublesome, try one of the others. Also,
many men find that they can take a very low dose of these meds and get the
same prosexual effects, with fewer side effects. Last but not least, make
sure your doctor has a complete list of your current medications before he
prescribes Viagra for you. If you are on certain heart meds, for instance,
Viagra is not a good idea.

A lot of readers envy you. Reaching 73 before discovering
that there may be a minor problem with ED.
Check your heart first and then start with 25 (1/4 of 100 is cheaper).
You should be able to come twice within a couple of hours.
Even if the first session will end in EI - the second will be an
explosion
