Unless someone in this group happens to live in that area, no one will know.
It is much easier to first locate a local compounding pharmacy and ask
them if they make Trimix. If they do, then which doctors prescribe it.
This prevents a lot of wasted time doctor shopping.
Trimix is quite perishable and you want to purchase it locally if possible.
To locate a compounding pharmacy:
http://www.iacprx.org
and click on "Locate a compounding pharmacy" from the dropdown menu.
You will have to register. You don't have to give your real name, but
you must use a real eMail address that you can read and give your real
zip code. You won't get any spam from this site.
If none are listed for your area, try the yellow pages in your phone book.
For the record, I use
http://www.medicineshoppe.com/
They are in many areas of the US although some of them do not have a
sterile room which is necessary for compounding Trimix.
I pay a little over 30% more to buy mine locally instead of ordering and
i would really hate to go back to the hassle of mail order and the
medicine was sometimes spoiled when I got it.

As a newbie to all this, I've also adopted buying local. Carry a small,
iced thermos container to the pharmacy.
You may also want to look at what your own state regs are for
compounding pharmacies. Here's how things were last year.
There will be more changes in USP this month so plan on some states
changing their own rules over the next three months. Keep in mind that
'not complying' with USP-797 isn't necessarily a bad thing. States like
Wisconsin, Wyoming, So Carolina, Tennessee and California might have
more safe, sane and economic approaches. Getting the regulations too
sophisticated could run the price of Trimix right through the roof.

When you first posted, I was thinking Boward County was in Northern
Florida. http://www.medicineshoppe.com/ has pharmacies in both Ft.
Lauderdale and in Miami. See their web site for the addresses.
Just go in, and ask if they compound trimix. If they say yes, just
ask the pharmacist which urologists in that area prescribe it.
If they say no, they don't compound trimix, ask them to refer you to a
nearby sterile compounding pharmacy that does. When my original uro
retired and the new one would only prescribe the more expensive
Caverject, that is precisely what I did.
