Androgel/Testim users - Try TestoCreme

| I don't want to post a big thing about my experience here, but I am a
middle-aged guy and have been using TestoCreme
(http://www.testocreme.com/) to maintain a healthy testosterone level
for over five years now. TestoCreme is a 10% transdermal-delivery
testosterone preparation--that means it's like a lotion you rub in your
sink--from Central Avenue Pharmacy (a compounding pharmacy) out of
Monterey, CA to boost testosterone levels to the optimal level. Any
normal family practice doctors anywhere can prescribe TestoCreme for
you from Central Avenue Pharmacy and there are quite a number who do
for their patients. It costs about a $1 a day or about 10% the price
of Androgel or Testim, so even if it's not covered by your insurance
(which it may be), it ends up costing less than the copay for AndroGel
and Testim or others which cost closer to $5 to $10 a day. I was
prescribed for my condition from Dr. Abraham Kryger, a hormone
specialist, who works out of the Monterey Preventive Medical Clinic
(http://www.wellnessmd.com), and he developed TestoCreme for his own
patients and can answer questions about it over the phone if you call
the clinic. This isn't a spam posting, so if you want, you can e-mail
me if you have real questions.
This bad experience prompted me to post this: I recently had the chance
to try Testim (sort of like Androgel but supposedly better), which is a
1% transdermal testosterone gel. I hated it, and if it were between
injections and that crap, I'd go with injections any day. Testim was
sticky, I had to use 10 grams of the stuff a day which was enough to
cover my entire chest and shoulders, and it smelled disgusting. Even
my wife hated it because it smelled of ammonia (sort of like that urine
smell at retirement homes). For 10 times the cost of my regular
TestoCreme, Testim was worth NOTHING in my opinion. I couldn't stand
to use it so after only one week I threw the rest of it out. I have
also tried AndroGel, and while that didn't stink as bad as Testim, it
had all the rest of the problems.
With TestoCreme I use a tiny blob of it that can easily spread on a
small area about the size of one or two playing cards (depends if you
use 1/2 or a full gram per day), it doesn't smell bad or really at all
once you rub it in, it is not sticky, and it's cheap at a $1 a day even
without insurance. I have no idea why anyone would use the commercial
preparations like AndroGel except for ignorance, which I understand
since I sort of lucked out finding out about TestoCreme in the first
place.
I feel like a spammer here, but I promise I am not. I just felt that
if I could save a single person from using AndroGel or Testim over
TestoCreme, I'd spend the 20 minutes to post this. I am not even close
to a doctor or anything, so I really think if you have questions, call
up either Central Avenue Pharmacy or Dr. Abraham Kryger (the web sites
have numbers).

Yes, it's sticky. But that's it. No real smell that I notice. It ups
the T level.

| If it does the job and you like it, use it. I sort of lied when I said
I threw out the box. I still have it. E-mail me and it's yours for
free plus shipping.
