Author Needle bruise and VED pumping -- Help

I take a combo of Plavix and Aspirin.

I've picked up needle bruises before but the Uro has added VED pumping
to my daily routine. Have never pumped with needle bruises.

Anyone using Trimix who's on Coumadin or Plavix and who is using a VED??

TIA ...Lmac

Think I've got this one figured out. Give the bruise two days to heal
and start off on third day with 3"hg (Osbon's recommendation) then hop
things up on day four and onward.

Anyone using something that works well for this problem.

Jim, you win! Willie gets two days of rest each week. {:-)

LMac,

If you are going to pump, pump PRIOR to injecting or two or three days
after. It is my opinion, and I'm not a doctor, that the stretching from
pumping within two or three days might hinder the puncture wound healing.

I never felt that pumping helped me that much and once I recovered my
nocturnal erections, I quit as I feel that pumping offers no benefit.

Now about recovering those NE's. I lost 20 pounds, started drinking 8
ozs. pomegranate juice daily (replaced my cranberry juice), switched
from fish oil to krill oil, and lowered my LDL and raised my HDL by diet
and niacin.

I'm not sure which of the above caused the regained NEs, but I suspect
the combination did.

This makes a whole bunch of sense. I'm pretty well thinned blood wise
and will approach it just this way.

I've had a steadily declining PSA (now down to 0.71 at the last check)
over the last 6 years which accompanied the E.D. My suspicion is that
I've probably experienced a 'T' decline or other hormone disturbance.
First step in checking this started this week.

I strongly agree on the above. I've been on Niaspan for about 11 years.
Last total was 168 with an HDL of 69 and ldl 89 with tris at 79. Down
from a total of 420 and triglycerides above 500 ten years ago.

The VED program was suggested here. Was surprised that my Uro also
endorsed it. His approach was more aggressive than what was suggested
here or was in the file on the yahoo ASI site.
