Chatted with my Uro this afternoon regarding this and sLx-2101. He was
aware of the basic research but hadn't read the reports. He felt that
both, particularly the bare DNA product will not be something we see in
2007. I'll drop off copies of the abstracts and get his cut on them in
three weeks.
Had my first 'therapeutic' dose (about 0.2 ml, formula unknown) of Tmix
today. Previous annual office doses were 'diagnostic' doses, about
1/4-1/3 of what I had today. No Tmix scrip yet--Uro wants all lab
results back and for me to try another option (stacking Muse on top of
Levitra) before we start Trimix.
Bottom line: Best erection I've had in six years! Very mild onset to
75% in about 15 minutes. Left the office and forgot to pickup the
'antidote' tabs on the way out. Solid boner hit about 1/2 way across
the parking lot to the lab. 60 minutes after that I was home and we ran
it through its paces. No tendency to P.E. no tendency to go limp.
Orgasm just short of two hours after injection. Still hard at 2+20
after injection so tried seconds--dry. Stopped all stimulation. 45
more minutes and I rummaged around and found a Sudafed. Took that with
a glass of wine. Thirty minutes later it was on its way down. At
injecton plus 4:10 it was all done. Only aftereffects--ugly feeling and
some urinary 'tightness' from the Sudafed. All smiles!
