A couple of questions and observations:

1) From your extensive blood work, I assume you are under a doctor's care.
What has been the doctor's diagnosis? What does the doctor think is causing
your ED?

2) You say you've tried all ED meds including Caverject without much benefit.
Can you tell us under what circumstances you tried these drugs? Did you have
sex with a partner when you tried them? Or were you masturbating? Were you
using the brand name drugs? Or "generics"? Are you currently with a partner?

3) You say the onset of ED was ten years ago. Presumably then, you were OK
until you were 22... then something happened and you became impotent. Any
idea what caused the onset of your ED?

4) Estradiol can cause major problems. Have you ever tried DIM to control it?
A lot of posters here have had positive results with it.

A Doppler suggested lack of blood flowing through the arteries into
the penis, and possibly some leakage. Of course, how much of that is a
symptom, and how much is a cause... He reckoned the only option was an
implant, but I am loathed to go down that route, given my age and
irreversible nature of op.

Caverject was just once - injected by a doctor. L,V and C were
primarily tried on my own, though on a couple of other occaions in
intimate situations (kissing etc rather than full foreplay) to see if
things would get moving. Brand name always. No, don't want to start a
relationship until I make some improvement.

10 years was just an approximation, problem got gradually worse in
ealry-mid twenties.

No I haven't. Doctor was going to prescribe Arimidex if 2nd test
continued to show High Estradiol, but it's now within range (although
towards the high end)
