I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and got a full blood test and I
got the results for my testosterone back.

How are the results?
Does everything look normal?

Total Testosterone is 470 ng/dL, the range is, 260-1000.

The % free is, 1.1 percent, while the range is 1.0-2.7
The testosterone free is, 52.6 pg/mL, while the range is 50-210.

I told my doctor that my morning erections are gone, and he said that
the first step is to look at my testosterone levels.
But he is currently on vacation, so I cannot go over the results with
him.

Thank you for any advice

It depends on your age. 470 is great for someone in their 50s, normal
for someone in their 20s. I doubt that is your issue.

The % free is low as you can see. This is the active testosterone that
gives you your libido and erections. Most of testosterone is bound to
other proteins, mostly SHBG. The remainder, called free testosterone
is the active testosterone you need. Forget the labs range, a normal
reading should be 100 - 250 pg/ml.

Most likely your SHBG is too high causing you to have too low of a free
T. In this case you would need to increase total T (to increase free
T) or decrease SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin). Too high estradiol
can cause too high of SHBG amoung other things.

I would suggest you check estradiol level. If too high several things
can help lower it including loss of weight (especially if you are
obese), zinc supplements (50 mg / day), and DIM (many on this website
swear by Natures Way brand), reducing alcohol consumption.

YOu dont mention your age but age is also a factor in increasing SHBG.
