Anecdote to Generic Cialis

| I've tried Viagra in the past but it gives me such a terrible headache
a few hours after taking it that I don't take it any more.
I bought the 10mg capsules of generic cialis from Supersavermeds and
the stuff works great. I usually take one Friday morning. It seems to
take several hours before it really kicks in but when it does it lasts
a lot longer than the 36 hours Cialis claims to. This stuff has me
getting erections quite easily well into Tuesday.
The problem I have is that around Sunday/Monday I get terrible lower
backaches. I know backaches or muscle aches are a possible side effect
but I'm wondering if anyone else on here also gets the aches like I do
and what is the best pain reliever to get rid of it? Tylenol, asprin,
Aleve, Naproxen, ect...?

The simplest way to reduce the day-after pains is to take a reduced
dose. I've found the 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and even 40mg do not work any
better in producing an erection, and the lower dose causes unwanted no
side effects. Actually the only erectile difference between doses seems
to be how long they last and the lower back pain they cause.
Unfortunately you say you've bought capsules, which unlike pills, can't
be cut.
The only thing that I've found that will reduce the pain (after it
happens) is drinking a high-caffeine and high-sugar large soft drink and
that combination is not good in preventing E.D. (Examples: Dr. Pepper,
Dr. Thunder or Jolt) That, rest and staying warm.

By the way, the above also cures the Viagra next day hangovers.
I tried to update this post and it never posted on my reader.
If you get two copies, sorry.
I have not tried this myself, but just blundered into it while looking
for something else.
Updating myself on Cialis back pain:
Quoting:
Back pain or myalgia was reported at incidence rates described in Table
10. In tadalafil clinical pharmacology trials, back pain or myalgia
generally occurred 12 to 24 hours after dosing and typically resolved
within 48 hours. The back pain/myalgia associated with tadalafil
treatment was characterized by diffuse bilateral lower lumbar, gluteal,
thigh, or thoracolumbar muscular discomfort and was exacerbated by
recumbancy. In general, pain was reported as mild or moderate in
severity and resolved without medical treatment, but severe back pain
was reported infrequently (<5% of all reports). When medical treatment
was necessary, acetaminophen or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
were generally effective; however, in a small percentage of subjects who
required treatment, a mild narcotic (e.g., codeine) was used. Overall,
approximately 0.5% of all tadalafil-treated subjects discontinued
treatment as a consequence of back pain/myalgia. Diagnostic testing,
including measures for inflammation, muscle injury, or renal damage
revealed no evidence of medically significant underlying pathology.
