| My name is Marshall, a 59 year old Australian man. I have been reading
ASI for a few days and thought I would introduce myself. I had a penile
implant three weeks ago after experiencing ED for some time.
I started having problems maintaining an erection a few years ago and
put it down to age or stress. I tried Viagra and Cailis and these
worked remarkably well. About two years ago I was diagnosed with
Diabetes and high cholesterol and started taking Lipitor and Diaformin.
Shortly afterwards a lump formed on the side of my penis which was
diagnosed as Peyronie's disease and the penis developed a bend. It was
then, after discussions with my doctor, that I decided on the implant.
Now, at three weeks, there is still some pain in the scrotum and I
can't operate the pump. The urologist is happy with the progress and I
am seeing him again in a few days. He said it will be about six weeks,
maybe more, before I can operate the pump properly. Roll on 6 weeks
says my bf :-)
I am interested to hear of other mens' experience with implants.
Sincerely,
Marshall
