My problem with the nerves on my prostate. I am still having problems
keeping the weight off my
central area. I am sure that all the sitting i do
irititates it. Can anyone recommend a good cushion
which isnt going to make me look ridciulous in an
office or somewhere.

One good urologist recommended two rolled up towels,
but how can I carry those around with me.

You might try a simpler solution: work standing. I did it for a number of
years due to back problems. Adjustable standup desks are readily available
and not very expensive. If it was good enough for Hemingway...

Another possible solution: one of those "kneeling" chairs. They completely
redistribute your weight. (Although some folks find them uncomfortable.)
