From my limited experience I should think it might be a serious
impediment to delivery to countries in the EU that they ship from
India, a country outside the EU.

Their shipping rates are a bit steep, though - $39.99 regardless of the size
of the order!!!!!
Anyone in the UK want to go halfs on the shipping and put in a combined
order?
