Thanks Curtis, would you elaborate on postaglandin injections? I am not
familiar with that. I have tried Caverject twice, 5 and 20 mcgs with
much pain and I don't mean from the needle and that looks like that's
out for now. It sure doesn't look good for me.
Thanks for replying, russ.

============> hi russ - postaglandin is one of ingredients in
caverject. basically, it causes the muscles to restrict inside the
penis and hold the blood in the organ for the erection. it is doing
what your erectile nerves can not do.

the pain you felt is due to the lack of use. that is the best way i can
explain it.

after i had my RP, i used the pump for therapy and it hurt like hell. i
didn't realize just how out of shape the body can get from not being
used. but then again, if you were to take a perfectly healthy person
and put them in bed for a month, then got them out of bed, they can
hardly walk and would be in pain until the muscles would support the
individual being in the upright position.

and that's why you felt the ache. it is from the stretching of the
organ inside. this is where i would recommend the use of a pump to
stretch the penis into it's erect state. the instructions in the VED's
caution that you can pop blood vessels if you pump too hard to first
time or two. so you will want to ease into this activity.

my recommendation is to pump up, hold it for a couple of minutes, then
release, wait a minute, then repeat the process. do this is sets of 5
to make up a session. when you can do this and not ache, then try the
injections again.

hope this helps.
