hi russ - from all the evidence that i've read and talk to people who
have had cyro, it is pretty close to 100% impotence because the nerves
are so close to the prostate and are damaged from the repeated
freezings.

i wish i could offer more hope, but you should be able to use
postaglandin and still get an erection by injection.
