http://www.kwikmed.com is a completely legitimate online pharmacy. It is
located in Utah.

Unlike most of the other online sources that I have checked it actually
uses a secure website. They do require a presription but the prescription
is issued at no extra charge based on a questionair that you are required
to fill out in order to deal with them.

There are NO, NONE, ZERO licensed US Pharmacies that will sell you any
prescription medication without a prescription. If you have a prescription,
you may as well get it filled locally as the price will be the same as
online. The only reason I can think of to get a prescription filled online
from a US pharmacy is for convenience. There are NO generic versions of ED
drugs available in the US. The only reason that you can get generic
versions from India is due to a loophole in their patent laws, one that is
being closed. In India, you get a patent for the process, not for the
product. If you can reverse engineer a drug using a unique process, you can
legally sell a drug. Since India is joining- WTO, it is required to bring
its laws into line with the rest of its trading partners. It looks like the
whole Indian drug business may eventually end up in Brazil or Venezuela.
It's a damn shame too, because 80% of the population of India won't be able
to afford drugs if they have to be obtained from US or US licensed sources
at full price.

I am going to follow-up my own posting with a little additional
information that I forgot to include above.

On June 23, 2005 there was an interesting in-depth report on this very
subject on National Public Radio's "Morning Edition" radio show. You can
listen to the archive of this report using either "Windows Media
Player"or the "RealPlayer"at the following URL's.

Windows Media:

http://www.npr.org/dmg/dmg.php?prgC...n-2005&segNum=3
&NPRMediaPref=RM&getAd=1

RealPlayer:

http://www.npr.org/dmg/dmg.php?prgC...n-2005&segNum=3
&NPRMediaPref=RM&getAd=1

These URL's should be entered as one single long line with no spaces so
if your newsreader wraps the text and breaks these URL's into more than a
single long line, you may have to type the line into your browser by hand
rather that just clicking on it.

In addition to the above-mentioned radio report, you might want to check
out the following URL:

http://webreprints.djreprints.com/1110831417763.html

This is an article from a November 16, 2004 "Wall Street Journal Online"
which gives a very good detailed insight into the operations of KwikMed.
It explains exactly how they operate. It is interesting reading even if
you choose not to order anything from them.

Good Luck,

That's true but they have physicians who write a prescription before sending
the drugs, so the customer is sort of like a patient. There's probably no
legal requirement for the physician to actually physically see the patient
and can use a telephone or written questionaire in most States and it's
legal to ship drugs to other States. But the cost of these places is very
high, you're better off just going to a local doctor and getting some
samples and an examination. Much cheaper.

The legality of buying drugs including narcotics from pharmacies outside the
US and having them sent to you is not quite clear. Tourists, visitors(and US
citizens) are permitted to bring a certain amount of drugs with them into
the US which were prescribed for them but many places don't require
prescriptions. So is it legal? Who knows lol And does the "patient" have to
physically accompany the drugs into the country or can they be sent?
???????????????
