Jerry and David, thanks for your replies.

With the 20mcg, with the hurt and erection 1 1/2 hrs. Naturally, the
needle didn't hurt.
With the second try of 5mcg, the pain, the erection and time was
proportionate less.
It does seem strange that I didn't have an office trial.
