What do those "rings" do and will they allow you to maintain an
errection after ejaculation? Is there anything out there for PE that
actually works?

My 15 years experience with PE says the harder the wood the less
tendency there is for PE.

Penis rings/cock rings constrict the blood vessels in your penis. This
prevents blood from leaving your penis and therefore helps maintain an
erection. They don't aid in producing an erection. I suppose it is
possible that they can maintain your erection after ejaculation, but that's
not my experience. Maybe its because I don't like a ring that's extremely
tight.

There are techniques that address PE. Have you tried any? Anti-depressants
are sometimes prescribed to retard ejaculation. Unfortunately, they may
exacerbate ED.

______

At the low level dosages prescribed to treat PE, the SSRI drugs seldom have
any negative sexual fallout.

If I take just a small amount of Viagra over my usual 50 mg dose, I have to
work very hard to cum.

But the best is Tri-mix. In a certain range of dosage of that my refractory
period goes right out the window. I can ejaculate, stay hard; cum again if
my partner's cooperative.

If the T-mix is still working well and has not worn off, the erection does
not go down at all so long as there is some stimulation going on.
