BOC doesn't like my VISA? Anyone else?

| I just attempted to order from Josh's site. I got an error code 904
"contact your issuer bank". I think it's probably got to do with that
dang Visa Verified thingie, which I just joined in order to use the
card on the BOC site, but no telling. Has anyone else encountered this
error when attempting an order?

I had the same problem.
It turned out that I forgot that I had a $300 cap on transactions on the
bank account that I use for internet trading. The charge came to
$316.63 counting currency conversion charges and that bounced me.
I simple check with my bank showed me the problem and it was fixed in 12
hours.
By the way, since China's currency is no longer linked directly to US
currency, the conversion rate seems to float about a bit, so you might
be charged a little less or a little more than you expected. China
changed the way their currency was linked a couple of months ago.
