| Hi group,...
I was recently in the hospital for lumbar disc surgery,..and on
one of the hospital television channels,...they had a info. on
prostidil.,,muse,...an ed product that is a thin vial of liquid with a
squeeze bulb on the end,...that you insert into the tip of the penis,
and squeeze
It looked great,...as the response was almost instant,...and supposed to
be little risk,....anybody tried this? Is it prescription? Will a GP
give a scrip for it? is it expensive?
any feedback appreciated.........

| Okay; I'll take a shot at this. Where's my shotgun?
You must be in a Canadian Hospital, right? Sorry, nothing against Canada,
but
the health-care system doctors are pushing Muse hard, I guess still.
Few people have ever had good results from Muse, and there is some pain
involved.
Maybe as much as the injections. Plus, if you expect your partner to do
"oral" on you
you'd better get a taste of it in your mouth first. All in all, in most
parts of the world
Muse is a long forgotten attempt.
That answer your questions?

| Not sure where you get your preconceptions about Canadian health care but
you won't find an ally here: just a couple of months from biopsy to my
prostate cancer surgery, excellent pre and post surgical care, cost to me or
my insurer: about $100 (for an upgrade to a private room). As for pushing
Muse I can assure you it has never been recommended to me by any of the
urologists or ED specialists I've consulted: I use oral meds or tri-mix
injections.
