Can't you just order from a domestic reseller? I don't
remember which one I used last time, but the pricing was the
same, and the minimum was only $100. I frankly don't
remember how I paid him, but it must have been pretty
simple.
The web page still references the "bodiez" reseller and I
think another one. Why not use one of them? If things
haven't changed in the last year, you just send them email
with LIST as the subject, and ask for a price list.
This all worked quite well for me last time. You might want
to try it. Of course this would be for US folk.
