Received a new batch of C & V from Josh - order, processing and
delivery all took a week.

The C works (but unlike the version I got from US contacts) last year,
it gives me no side effects, aches, flushing etc. The effect is so
sublime and natural. But I realize i got to take almost 40mg (2 - 3) to
have any effect.

I tried the V yesterday ( i split the 50mgs) but decided to take all
50mgs. Good solid, enduring effect. No noticeable side effects -
headache, flushing, etc.
