| Recently there was a report in a medical journal that garlic may help
with ED as it opens up the blood system and provides better
circulation. I have bought some pills that claim to be better than the
raw garlic itself. This is good for my breath I suppose. I just started
taking them and there seems to be some uncomfortable problems with
tasting the medicine anyway.
Has anyone else seen the report? More research is going to be done as
the garlic may help in many diseases and disorders.
Thanks.

| Hey Slug,
There are numerous studies and articles on garlic it's almost overwhelming.
It true that garlic helps with circulation. It's also helps lower
cholerestol, it's anti-viral, etc.
Taking garlic pills definitely does help, however the cost will add up.
There are studies of aged garlic vs raw garlic which will make the pills
more beneficial.
If you going to buy the pills, make sure you get good quality ones from a
company such as Kyolic.
What I recommend is probably a mixed approach. I try to have garlic every
day. When I make a salad, I use garlic, when I make guacomole, I use garlic.
What really works for me is when I juice. I use up to 3 cloves with an
assortment of veggies. Granted your breath will knock down a charging rhino,
but you will see results in overall health.
Juice when you know you are not going anywhere public, otherwise use the
pills.
Cheers!

Absolutely. Eat a lot of garlic, and you will have no need for Viagra.

Is that because you will stink so bad no one will come near enough to
have sex with you?
