Secondary Hypogonadism here, I am 32, Its amazing, I was 21 when I
noticed it all (blood tests, etc).

It was a April evening and I must of had sex like 5 times in 5 hours.
That summer I noticed I was not waking with morning wood or
anything.....well its ten years later and here I am.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of this. HCG raises my levels
and So does the T shots. Tshots made my face like a sphere and the hcg
is more natural but I felt better with the T shots.

Does T shots give you a round face? HCG is very up and down.

I was injecting twice a week at 500 units.

Does the body ever stop responding to HCG? If so, how long? I stil
want to have kids someday.

Anyone combine the two (hcg and T shots)?

How many mg a week?

Did you get your E's checked?

Then you'd better stick with the HCG, or switch to HMG when the time draws
near.

No point in that. You build leydig cell structure with the HCG, then shut it
down with the T.

500 units 2x/week is a low hCG dose. Your T, estradiol and prolactin levels
should be checked, and your hCG dose adjusted to hit the desired T levels.

Your body won't stop responding to hCG unless you take a very high
dosage for an extended period. That threshold is often debated, but it's
much higher than your current dose.

Bodybuilders sometimes combine T and/or other anabolic steroids with
hCG. T/anabolics cause testicular shutdown and atrophy. hCG helps
combat this by forcing the testicles to produce, even in the face
of high serum T levels. Some take hCG as a cycle, when coming
off a steroid cycle to encourage their body to resume endogenous
production. Others take them concurrently.

None of that should apply in your case -- your main goal is
ensure you have recent testing to verify your T, estradiol, and prolactin
levels are appropriate based on your hCG dosage. If T is too low,
increase the hCG (to a point). You could probably double your current
hCG dose without immediate risk.
