| Hello,
First posting for me, sorry for misspelling words!
The last 3 years i have a low libido and sexdrive. I had often sex with
my ex-gf [1 year ago], but she was the one who always wanted. 3 years
ago my sexdrive was much higher and i thinked 24/7 about sex. My
ejaculates ans erections are less strong. I can adchieve a erection but
not sponteneous
I did have tests bij the endocrinologist:
Testosterone; 518 ng/ml
Oestradiol 0.18nmol/l [ref.range 0.04 - 0.13]
Cortisol 0.75 umol/l [ref.range 0.17 - 0.61]
FSH 2.6 ie/l [ref.range 0.6 - 10.0]
My endo says everything is ok.
I don't know if it's all in my mind. I hope i can upgrade my
testosterone without using andriol or testoderm because i want to have
kids in the future.
Can i help my problem with anything without side-effects??/
Is it possible that my high estradiol and cortisol causes my low t, so
it's possible to upgrade my testosterone till about 700ng/ml? This with
safe products and not thing like anabolica/??
Thanks in Forward

| Your estradiol and cortisol appear too high. High estradiol
nullifies some of testosterone's effects, even if your T level
is normal.
Your estradiol and cortisol are outside the reference range.
That is not normal. If your endocrinologist thinks that's normal,
you should switch doctors.
There are other more rigorous tests. E.g, a 24-hr urine
free cortisol test. Cortisol fluctuates a lot throughout the
day, so this test helps better characterize it.
I don't recollect the various causes of high estradiol, but that
warrants investigation.
You don't want to just pump up your T level without first
investigating these other areas.

Thank you very much Joe D.
Also here in the Netherlands are docs pretty conservative. Mayby i can
lower my estradiol by myself?? By taking some herbs or special food?

50 mg of Zinc per day, or the natural supplement DIM might
lower estradiol somewhat. Those are usually available at
vitamin stores. There are also several prescription
drugs including Arimidex that will.
However your estradiol and cortisol are above the reference
range. Even a conservative doctor should investigate that.
