Both your Testosterone numbers and LH & FSH numbers are pretty low. LH
is the hormone that prompts your testes to produce testosterone.

I would go find an endocrinologist who specializes in hypogonadism and
get this treated. My guess the most likely treatment for you will be a
testosterone gel like Androgel or Testim.
