Tessa,

Please excuse our rudeness and skepticism. It does raise some
eyebrows, however, when one notices that Allen, TX (where you seem to
work) and Carrollton, TX (the ship-from address for the eBay Maxolube)
are about 20 miles from each other -- depending on which side of
Carrollton a person lives on. Many of us commute more than 20 miles to
work each day.

The US is a big place. Heck, eBay overflows beyond the states. The
odds that a good samaritan poster wanting to help us out would live
almost next door to the only person on eBay currently selling Maxolube
are, well, I'm assuming small.

I know things like this happen. I once flew to San Diego with a broken
PDA I'd meant to mail off before leaving home. I had a box that Palm
had sent me to return the unit in. I mailed it from San Diego -- right
back to about 10 miles from where I work. I could have almost dropped
it off on the way to the airport. Instead I flew with it from coast
to coast.

All this talk about Texas reminds me of a girl I went out with from
the Lone Star State. As I recall her name was Kelly.

Stacy was from San Diego ... a blond ... many years before the PDA
incident. Those were the days. I didn't need Maxolube then.

As Conte Vittorio Alfieri once said, "Providence sees to it that no
man gets happiness out of crime." I'm sure you are on the up and up.

Thank you for sharing your experiences,
