| Hi,
Back in 1992 I found "The Potent Male" by Dr. Irwing Goldstein, Boston Univ.
Copies may be in the local library and dealt with causes and treatment of ED
including implant surgery and by-pass surgery for leakage. If you can find
that book there may be others by now.
He is one of the pioneers in this surgery and you should get more details
and an evaluation to determine your options.
