ed, talk to the endo about HMG therapy, it's the endo's first line attack on
fertility issues with men. It simulates FSH and raises sperm level.

Basically, it causes an increse in the number of sertoli cells that produce
sperm.

HCG (different thing) therapy simulates LH and raises the number of leydig
cells that produce testosterone.

I've done them both, and if your testes are in decent shape, and the
hypogonadism isn't "primary", that is the testes are history, either therapy
works good.
