| OK so I saw the uro on Friday who indicated that my fsh and lh were low
and low normal. In the urologists opinion the problem stems from that.
She suggested getting an MRI done. I had an earlier MRI and no tumor
had been found. Also prolactin level was normal. Urologist did
examination and genatalia was normal size. Testicles were also find
and the uro ordered a scrotal ultrasound. Also I got some scary news
that I might have problems having children because my sperm count would
probably be low due to fsh and lh and T therapy would probably bring it
down even lower. Urologist also noted that penis seemed fine and there
is no nerve damage though I mentioned that the head of penis does not
enlarge as much when erect as it used to. Now i'm even more freaked
out cause the thought of not having a kid is even worse. At least for
erections coulda used trimix or a pump. got my semen analysis which
was hard to do. COuldn't ejaculate at the hospital so had to come home
and wife help me. Even her aiding me wouldn't help I had to have
intercourse with her and then when I was about to ejaculate pull out
and ejaculate in the plastic cup. Funny thing is last Saturday I didn't
have a hard time getting an erection but had a hard time ejaculating.
Anyways should be hearing this week about semen analysis. Hopefully
there should be a solution around this problem. I want to have kids
and a normal sex life. My endo said that not to worry about being
infertile until semen analysis comes back. Also endo doesn't think I
have probs with pituitary because my prolactin level is normal. Uro
doesnt think I have problem with testes cause they seem normal and my
fsh and lh are low. i talked to endo about hcg stimulation and he said
once all the work up is done he will look into it. I'm so damn confused
and stressed. Been reading about all kinds of endocronlogical
disorders and don't seem to find any that fit my case. I did have
gynecomastia in my teenage years and had to get surgery to resolvve
issue. Other than that I'm normal in fact I'm very hairy have a deep
voice.
