Being one of the group that chased this for years, ed, I can tell you that
you are heading in the right direction.

I had the sleep study done, went on a CPAP machine, and it made a world of
difference.

Went through various phases of TRT, after 2 1/2 years settled on T-Cypionate
injections weekly of 100-120 mg, and found (1) An immediate change and (2) A
long term change.

If your estrogens don't stay too high, those testosterone recptors that shut
down over time, will start coming back into play over a 2-3 month period.
Biggest change is an "overall sense of well being" and cognitive function.
Big diffrence, but it takes a little time.

I'm in my early 50's, and yes, I take Josh's generic cialis and it works.
