| Ordered 100 Obestat (U.S. brand name Meridia, sibutramine
hydrochloride, made by Cipla) on January 17. Arrived yesterday,
January 31, airmail from India.
The Obestat comes in blister packs of ten capsules. The capsules are
spaced apart in the blister packs just enough that another blister
pack turned the other way around will nest, making the total only
about 3/8 inch thick. So the 100 capsules were packed as five double
blister packs, placed inside a white bubble-wrap type envelope about
six inches by ten inches. From the outside it looked like a fat letter
with lots of documents inside.
Oh, and if any of you guys want to lose some weight and haven't been
successful with will power, the Obestat is great. I started it in the
middle of December and am down 10 lbs. -- no effort on my part at all.
I've saved enough on grocery bills to pay for the Obestat. A lot of
the time I just forget to eat.
