Autoinjectors for tri-mix

| I have heard about guys who have used autoinjectors to inject tri-mix. When
I asked my pharmacist, however, she said nothing was available. Can anyone
advise if they've used such hardware, how effective it was and where they
located it? I have injection difficulties perhaps 25-30% of the time. The
notion of stimulating blood flow to the penis first makes sense.
Unfortunately, following my prostate surgery, natural erection of any degree
is extremely limited if non-existent and I am usually unable to maintain any
enlargement long enough to inject. All of which means I'm left to work with
a very small area and failed injections are all too frequent and very
frustrating.

| Hi,
I hope this will help.
When you attempt to inject into a flacid penis, the walls of the cavity are
laying against each other and it is nearly impossible to stop the needle
just right so it will flow into the cavity. Too often the needle will stop
in the lining and cause a nodule of fluid that tears tissue in the lining
and may cause scarring if you continue doing it that way.
By teasing the penis to get some blood to flow into the penis you can then
squeeze it toward the head and hold tight so the injection site stays
inflated so you can bury the needle all the way and unload every time in the
cavity.
Auro injectors will not help as you still have the same problem of finding
the interior of the cavity where you want to unload the syringe.

| Earnest,
I couldn't agree with you more. I use bi-mix and have the same problem. I
usually get pain only with pushing the plunger in but NOT pushing the needle
in. It hurts to push the plunger in. I basically know that when it hurts to
push the plunger in, that I am not injecting in the cavity.
I believe that I am injecting into a cavity that is compressed and NOT
filled up with blood more than 50% of the time. It is very difficult to get
a reliable injection injecting into a collapsed cavity. When it is
partically erect, it GREATLY helps with the easy of pushing the plunger in
(Little or no pain). The trick is trying to get it erect in the first place.
(Which comes first?? The chicken or the egg??)
Teasing it to get it erect is often a futile act. Any known tricks to
temporarily get it erect will help with injecting into the cavity not the
lining. Any known tricks will be appreciated. --Greg--

| Hi,
Depends on what you mean by trying to get it erect.
I did not mean to say you should tease it till it is erect but till some
blood flows in to the cavity. Plump is about all you need, then squeeze the
blood forward toward the head like milking a cow but toward the head.
Squeeze and hold it tight so the injection site is inflated to normal erect
diameter.
Big difference in the amount of blood involved.
