| I placed an order that was shipped on 21 December 2004. As of 29 Jan. 2005,
I have not received my order. I sent them an email telling them that it had
been over 30 days and I have not received my order and to please re-ship my
order as outlined in their customer service webpage. I will post the
results here for all to see. I did receive a sucessful order a few years
ago under their old name and am waiting to see if their new personna
fulfills their promises.

I placed an order on 1/15. They sent me an order confirmation number the
same day. Received an email on 1/18 saying my order had been shipped via
airmail.Received order on 1/29 in a plain white envelope with India
postage. Pretty good turn around from India to the US in 14 days. I will
definitely use them again.

I placed an order on Dec. 20th that I never received. They responded
promptly to me asking them to re-ship. I find it interesting that both
our orders were lost. Wonder if it had something to do with the Indian
postal service and the Tsunami?

| Update: They answered my email and said they said they were sorry
and another shipment was on the way. I guess we both wait to see
if this one makes it through.

| I ordered from them back in early December. I never recieved my shipment,
but when i contacted them, they were fairly quick to respond. I asked for
a refund on my credit card, and they said they sent it. I am still waiting
on the credit to show up on my account, which has been in process for about
a week. Just an FYI. ;)

Received my reshipped order today. Reshipment was done January 24, 05,
6" x 8" padded bag. Pills were blister packed 4 to a strip.
San Francisco Bay area.
