| hi group.. i would appreciate some genuine and serious information on
this issue. no stupid jokes please.
i am 29. I am masturbating since age of 13 and never had trouble
getting an erection when i am aroused. i realised on my first instance
of being in bed with a girl that i cant get proper erection when in bed
with a girl. i only had 85% erection as compared to while watching or
reading porn and even that didnt stay long. After a few attempts over a
couple of weeks, i was able to enter my female partner. however, she
doesent find me long and strong enough to get any pleasure from
intercourse.
is this impotence / ED ?
is it very uncommon for my age ?
will viagra help ?
will taking viagra harm my chances of improving this condition and
getting erection without viagra in future ?
what are my chances of improving permanently ?
thanks in advance to all who give helpful info.

| Hi,
There are several causes of ED ina young man.
Medications for stress, anxiety, blood pressure, depression and cholesterole
are all guilty in some mens eyes of causing ED.
Proper diet, no drinking and exercise will usually only have a slight effect
at improvement, but you may be lucky and recover temporarily. Diabetes
frequently causes early ED as the first detectable symptom. Thyroid problems
could also be the cause as well as low testosterone if it is really really
low. There can be pressure on the pituitary at the base of the brain
upsetting the regulation of several different hormones.
Just taking viagra may give you temporary relief but you don't want to hide
from the above possibilities.
Diabetes damaged nerve paths essential for erection can be enhanced with
viagra until the damage gets too bad for it to be effective anymore.
Injectibles are also a form of ED therapy and they do not depend on nerve
paths but stimulate the smooth muscles that control the penis blood supply.
Think that is most of the picture and you should start with your GP for
thyroid and other hormone testing if he is skilled in this area. A urologist
is not best for this either. An endocrinologist with years of experience
should be consulted not a doctor that has just gotten interested in hormone
therapy in the last couple of years since TRT became popular.
Go to Barnes and Noble and start browsing books on TRT and ED.

Do you mean that you have just had your first experience with a girl at
29, and that you normally find it easy to get an erection when
masturbating, but when you are with the girl you find it difficult? If
this is the case, that sounds like a problem with confidence/nervousness
i.e. psychological.
Although Viagra and other drugs are designed to improve physical
performance rather than affect desire or mental state, a doctor might
prescribe it to improve your confidence and give you the edge you need
to overcome the nervousness you are experiencing (it will make it much
easier for you to sustain an erection) - often once you are comfortable
with your partner, the problem will just go away and you will no longer
need the drug.
I have seen no evidence that use of Viagra is habit forming or causes
you to become reliant on drugs in the future.
I would go and have a full check-up to test for any physical
problems/illnesses, and go from there.

What does that mean? Perpendicular to your body? Or less?
like this - or this \
as compared to while watching or

How long? Was it then completely flaccid?

Not much you can do about size. Find a smaller girl :o)

| Hi,
I'm also 29 and had a similar episode a couple of years back. Thought
it was the end of the world. Thought I'd never have kids and be
laughed out of every girls bedroom. Seriously it was one of the worst
few months of my life. I had lost all interest in sex. But, it all
turned out ok. So, rest assured there is a good chance that the
problem is not serious.
If you are able to achieve an erection by yourself then there is a
strong possiblity that it is a performance pressure issue.
There are a couple of ways round it. Firstly you can get to know your
partner and agree to take a break from sex or trying for say 3 weeks.
Massages etc are all good. Takes all the pressure off and you suddenly
find things come back to life in trumps. Try searching the web for
"sensate focus".
The second way is to speak to a doctor. Chances are as a first step he
or she will prescribe Cialis or Viagra in a small quantity, eg 4
tablets. This should be enough to get your confidence back in not
time! From reading posts and experience it seems Viagra is more
reliable for one-off sessions. Be sure to split the tablets before
use.
My story - I had met a girl who made me feel like I really needed to
impress. When nothing came up I felt inadequate and nothing further
came up! The doctor prescribed 4 x 100mg Viagra to get over the
nervousness. I took half a 100mg (ie 50mg) and couldn't believe the
effect. In retrospect I'd actually have been better off to take 25mg
as 50mg gave me a bar for about 3-4 hours which was super-human! The
girl was totally worn out (though she was a complete slut so don't feel
too sympathetic)! I still sometimes use 25mg of genenric V for fun
(about 50% of the time) but would consider myself pretty much over it.
Hang in there and let us know how you get on!

| Hi,
I am having the exact same experience as you. Don't worry you are not
alone and there are options to get you on the road to recovery.
Best thing I can say to you is don't suffer alone. It's more damaging
to your condition as worry compounds your problem. I have recently met
a wonderful women and she is the only person that shares my problem
with me. Her and this news group have made such as difference in making
it easier for me to deal with this.
The email address attached to my account is valid and for use only in
this context. Email me and I will happily share info with you.
Take a look at my recent post:

o+Search&&d#a55dd46c28aa5760
You will see that there are a lot of layers you need to explore before
you go writing yourself off. Unlike my urologist I do not beleive that
ED "just happens" at this age and you should not accept that from any
professional.
You are 29 and there is a high chance there is a cause that you can
home in on and get better.
Email and lets chat.
Sean.
