There have been some serious misunderstandings on this group about Sudafed
(Psuedoephedrine) on erections and orgasms.

Sudafed causes blood vessels to narrow and constrict which SHOOTS DOWN
erections. This is why it is used if an erection (caused by alprostadil
typically) lasts too long.

Sudafed does not "help anorgasmia." Sudafed helps a very specific condition
which is retrograde ejaculation into the bladder. This is due to a bladder
sphincter which needs to be constricted to seal more tightly.

So don't take Sudafed to help you have orgasms. It's only going to stop
erections.

That was the unfortunate result I had.

The following article recommends it for both RE and DE.
To the untrained eye, DE appears to be very similar to Anorgasmia.
The article also recommends Yohimbine for treatment of Anorgasmia
I find that Yohimbine does help, but the side effects are annoying.
