Many people on here refer to their erections as it's 50% or 80% etc But
what do you actually mean? Are you referring to fullness or how erect it
appears to you?
At age 20, a full erection is 10% above the horizontal but at 60 a full
erection may be 20% below the horizontal.
It has more to do with muscles than bloodflow.

I think it has more to do with the stiffness (turgidity) than the angle.
The angle can vary from person to person and with time. If you go to the
erection photos site:
http://www.erectionphotos.com/frames_index.htm
and choose the various galleries (n-curve, u-curve, straight) from the
drop-down box at the top of the page, you will see various erect penises
photographed in front of a grid that measures the angle. All are erect, yet
the angle varies from almost straight up to straight down.
