It's in the steroid family not a PDE5 inbititor -- serves an entirely
different purpose. LMac

Perhaps it's not a PDE5 suppressor but it does seem to perform a
similar function:
See:
http://www.mesomorphosis.com/steroi...es/proviron.htm
"Proviron reduces either levels of estrogen or the effect of estrogen.
Thus, it is useful for avoiding gynecomastia, although it probably
should not be relied upon as the sole drug for that. It is not
hepatotoxic. It has the usual side effects of anabolic/androgenic
steroids, with the added effect that it is particularly prone to cause
erections."
And although I didn't find a US pharmaceutical reference it is
available in South Africa. See:
http://home.intekom.com/pharm/schering/proviron.html
And Josh sells it. See:

I think the issue is that everything else has to be working for the erection
to happen. There are plenty of guys who have normal levels of testosterone
that have ED. More T or less estrogen isn't necessarily going to help them
have an erection.

| Doesn't harm. High T and low E can help a lot.
