| I'm 62 and have started having ED during intercourse.
What has helped is an understanding wife who I help masturbate with a
vibrator and then if I'm still not UP to it, she masturbates me.
after she comes , she is tighter, sometimes that is enough.
good luck all.

| Hi,
Nerves age and the nerve paths essential for erections can be helped by
viagra and others. Eventually they don't work but injectibles will give you
an erection that is very firm and long lasting. TRIMIX, which I like best
and caverject can be used.
Orgasm nerves also age.
When the nerves get insensitive it takes much more stimulation to ejaculate.
Less lub gives more friction but makes the skin raw. It is tough to control
the fantasy and friction to get the final result. Both men and women can
suffer from this problem.
Masturbation is possible after intercourse is not enough stimulation because
it is easier to control friction and fantasy.
It also happens to women who may be able to to orgasm using a vibrator. The
vibrator may eventually not be enough as the nerves age more.
