These are the ones I know of. They sell the brand-name product, not a
generic:

They sell cabergoline as Cabaser. It's not listed on their main
product page - click on C to go to the full list.

http://www.aurapharm.com/cabergoline.htm
They too sell it as Cabaser.

Note that the product sold as Cabaser is a much stronger formulation
than Dostinex, so you will need to divide the (rather small) tablets.
This is not very practical with the strongest tablets.

Depending on what strength you buy, the ratio between the prices of
these two sources ranges from 1:1 to 1:2.

I have ordered from Mastersmarketing with good results. They ask you
to fill in a form where you give the name of the prescribing physician
for customs purposes. I didn't fill in any name, but there was no
problem.

I haven't yet tried Aurapharm, just noted it as an alternative source.
