Great for you.
When I was in my late teens I would squat with my heel between my cheeks and
the pressure on the underside of the penis back there was enough to create
very high pressure on the head of the penis. It would look glassy it was so
hard.
If I squeeze the head when I have used trimix, the head does not re-inflate
with blood easily. It is not under significant pressure for me but may have
some puffyness.
