I suffer from sleep apnea, diabetes, low testosterone, (hypo---) can't spell
it and ed that I have been tested and show "mild" leakage. My problem is
that sometimes when alone I can achieve a very good erection with Cialis.
Other times when alone I cannot. With my wife I am unable to achieve a
"penetration" quality erection even with "C". I almost dread trying as I am
always feeling bad afterwards due to failure. I am a worrier and I try not
to put the pressure on but it is there. My question is, I have read about
hypnosis and one of the thoughts is that a person with ed takes what is a
subconscious act (getting an erection) and by putting so much pressure on
themselves creates a conscious act that fails. It is the goal of the
hypnosis to send the erection process back to being subconscious. Has
anyone tried hypnosis and what were the results, feelings etc. Thanks for
any help. I figured this could not hurt anything?

I experience the same feeling. I always "pleasure" my SO in some way and
sometimes intercourse with a decent erection using Caverject. I suffer
from anorgasmia during intercourse and there's nothing worse than
rolling off of my SO after she just had a couple of resounding orgasms
and me laying there on my back with an erection that slowly disappears
unfullfilled (sigh).

Hypothyroidism?

If it were merely anxiety there are drugs to treat it but you have multiple
physical diseases that need to be treated first. I don't know what
treatments there are today for apnea but I would recommend not sleeping on
your back for a start.

Try it but I really don't think it will help.
