| Anyone know how long it takes for the reorder? Getting kind of discouraged with
this company.

| Have you checked their website lately? Because of the monsoons and
flooding in India there have been substantial delays in shipping from
some parts of the country.

| There REALLY are terrible monsoons and flooding in India and Asia. If
you have never been in a country with a rainy season, it is hard to
comprehend what happens. Imagine at the height of the season, pouring
rain 24 hours a day for 30 days straight.

| If US Customs grabs the package you may not see it for months, if at all.
I ordered a sample package from genalis.com, a company which I think is now
toast. The sample never came. I wrote them about it and they sent another
sample which showed up in the expected time.
About three months later I received another package from them. It was the
first sample pack which had been held by customs for inspection. Apparently
it was never opened and it probably sat in a customs warehouse for three
months.
I would have ordered from them but apparently they lost their access to
credit card purchasing.
Having your package intercepted and either confiscated or delayed is a
standard risk when ordering anything from outside the US.
