Question about Cilais and other oral ED medicine.

| I took 50 mg of Viagra and had a bad reaction. Head got hot and red,
pulse went to 103, thought I was having a hears attack. (I do not have
heart problems other than a murmur.)
I am only in my 30's.
Needless to say I threw the viagra away. My doctor gave me some Cialis
to try.. 5 10mg tablets.
The viagra incident scared me enough that I am debating spltting the
cialis in half. I dont want to waste it if this would not do me any
good. But I dont want a reaction like I had before.
To be fair I took the viagra on an empty stomach and drunk not even
1/2 beer. I thought I was going to die about an hour later though. It
felt as though I was hanging upside dopwn and all the blood was
rushing to my head and my heart would not quit beating so fast.
What should I do with the cialis?

If your doc gave it to you, try 10 mg of the Cialis and see where you get.
If that works well, ask for an Rx for 20 mg instead and cut them in half.
You'll save some money.
Cialis often causes some hip or leg pain but that goes away with repeated
use. The flushing you experienced is lower with Cialis than V. causes,
according to the manufacturer, ICOS-Lilly.

Viagra dilates your blood vessels and drops your blood pressure, therefore your
heart speeds up to make up for the pressure drop. This hits some people much
worse than others. Some people drink a glass of water with the Viagra to
build up fluid volume to lessen the pressure drop.

Viagra must be taken on an empty stomach or it won't work.
Beer is also a blood vessel dilator and the two can add.

Does the Viagra prescribing doctor know this?

5mg of Cialis is a good starting dose.

Go ahead and try it!
You will probably find Cialis very different. I found the effects of V
quite unpleasant and the results very poor.
There are side effects from C and yours will be different from someone
else. Mine include heartburn, flushing when very aroused and some joint
pains. But the effect is very good for me and lasts at least 48hours,
usually with residual effect for another day or two. So dosing every
other day or every third day can be very effective. I found 10mg to be
good, but even 5mg every day can produce an enjoyable enhancement of
erectile function.
