| hi guys/gals am diabetic and cannot keep it up for long . viagra is
no good because of my angina . i uesed caverject but it was painfull as
you needed to inject into penis and not very good. i had erection for
nearly two hours after ejaculation but it was very sore. am now on another
drug called cialis i think its called and its a little better but i still
dont have a srong erection. i get very frustrated but what can i do.

| Hi,
Where you live you may not be able to get information on what trimix is.
My mixture is #5 or what is called 30:1:10
Papaverine 30 mg/ml
Phentolamine 1 mg/ml
Prostaglandine 10mcg/ml (notice the change in units)
This mixture reduces the burning you experienced with caverject and gives a
quicker, firmer and longer duration erection.
Cheaper here as well. $90 for 10ml plus $15 overnight delivery. Good for a
bout 100 injections with the quantity I use.

If Caverject works but gives you pain, consider switching to Trimix which
contains two other vasodilators which tend to decrease or eliminate the pain
caused by the single drug, PGE1, in the Caverject. You'll still have
durable erections but without the discomfort. On Trimix, I have never
experienced what you could call pain. A straining sensation, yes, but that
feels very good, actually.
